TCS is Hiring AI ML Developer For Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune, Mumbai, Delhi location Experience : 6 - 15 years Mode of interview: Virtual Location : Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune, Mumbai, Delhi JOB DESCRIPTION:Must have:<ul><li>Deep expertise in AWS infrastructure and DevOps methodologies (CI/CD).</li><li>Strong understanding of application integration technologies and modern AI/GenAI tools.</li><li>Proficiency in Python and Git for code management and automation.</li><li>Extensive knowledge of RAG, LangChain, Langraph, and Agentic RAG frameworks.</li><li>Develop and refine prompts for various generative AI applications, including text generation, language translation, and conversational AI.</li><li>Analyze and interpret AI model outputs to identify areas for improvement in prompt design.</li><li>Collaborate with data scientists and machine learning engineers to integrate prompts into AI pipelines and workflows.</li><li>Utilize Python to create scripts for prompt testing, evaluation, and automation.</li><li>Conduct experiments to measure the effectiveness of different prompting techniques and strategies.</li><li>Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in generative AI and prompt engineering.</li><li>Document best practices and guidelines for prompt engineering within the organization.</li><li>Contribute to the development of prompt libraries and reusable components.</li><li>Demonstrated experience in team leadership, architecture creation, and technical mentoring.</li><li>Excellent communication skills to engage with customers and stakeholders.</li></ul> Good to have:<ul><li>Excellent written and oral communication skills; Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical staff.</li><li>Experience working on multiple concurrent projects.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving skills.</li></ul> Responsibilities:<ul><li>Deep expertise in AWS infrastructure and DevOps methodologies (CI/CD).</li><li>Lead architectural design and implementation of complex systems and solutions.</li><li>Collaborate with customers to gather requirements and translate them into scalable architectures.</li><li>Guide and mentor the team in adopting best practices for implementation.</li><li>Develop and manage AWS infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and cost efficiency.</li><li>Design and oversee CI/CD pipelines to streamline development and deployment processes.</li><li>Integrate and manage application technologies for seamless communication across systems.</li><li>Work hands-on with Git for version control and collaborative workflows.</li><li>Drive innovation by leveraging Generative AI (GenAI), RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), LangChain, LangGraph, and Agentic RAG principles.</li><li>Implement and optimize various types of retrieval mechanisms for efficient data querying.</li><li>Utilize Python for scripting and development tasks across projects.</li></ul>
