The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with AIOps platforms, cloud-native technologies, and advanced analytics to drive intelligent automation and operational efficiency across IT systems.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models for anomaly detection, incident prediction, and root cause analysis.</li><li>Integrate AIOps solutions with monitoring tools such as <strong>Splunk, Datadog, Prometheus, and AppDynamics</strong>.</li><li>Collaborate with SREs, DevOps, and IT teams to identify automation opportunities and operational pain points.</li><li>Build and maintain scalable data pipelines to process logs, metrics, and events from diverse sources.</li><li>Implement NLP techniques for log analysis and intelligent alert correlation.</li><li>Apply time-series analysis, anomaly detection, and predictive modeling techniques.</li><li>Continuously evaluate and retrain models to ensure optimal performance.</li><li>Contribute to the development of dashboards and visualizations for actionable operational insights.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Required Skills & Experience</strong></p><ul><li>3+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, preferably in IT operations or DevOps environments.</li><li>Strong programming skills in <strong>Python</strong>; experience with <strong>AI Python SDKs</strong> and <strong>GenAI</strong> implementations.</li><li>Proficiency with <strong>cloud platforms</strong>: AWS, Azure, or GCP.</li><li>Hands-on experience with <strong>containerization and orchestration</strong>: Docker, Kubernetes.</li><li>Familiarity with <strong>AIOps platforms</strong> such as <strong>Dynatrace</strong>.</li><li>Experience with <strong>Agentic AI project planning</strong> and <strong>text embedding manipulation</strong>.</li><li>Solid understanding of <strong>JavaScript UI frameworks</strong>: React, Angular.</li><li>Demonstrable knowledge of <strong>debugging</strong>, <strong>problem-solving</strong>, and working in fast-paced, collaborative environments.</li><li>Knowledge of <strong>ITSM/ITIL</strong> processes is a plus.</li></ul><p></p>
