This role focuses on elevating the website's visibility in both traditional and AI-powered search results (such as Google's AI Overviews), ensuring health content consistently ranks across digital channels. Key Responsibilities - Use AI-powered tools for keyword research, competitor analysis, and content optimization focusing on healthcare topics. - Collaborate with medical content creators to ensure content is AI-enhanced and SEO-friendly. - Implement technical SEO strategies for mobile, speed, and crawlability improvements. - Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and AI-driven platforms. - Automate regular SEO tasks (rank tracking, audits, reporting) using machine learning tools. - Track AI search trends and adapt strategies for emerging generative AI search engines. - Identify and manage opportunities for backlink building and AI-powered linking campaigns. - Collaborate across marketing and technical teams to align SEO strategies with hospital business objectives. Qualifications & Experience - 2–3 years of relevant experience in SEO, with at least 1 year implementing AI-driven SEO solutions. - Knowledge of machine learning concepts and natural language processing is a plus. - Robust experience with healthcare content or health website optimization preferred. - Proficiency in industry-standard SEO and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz). - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or related field. - Certifications in Google Analytics, HubSpot, or digital marketing are advantageous.
