Roles & Responsibilities

• Greet and assist passengers with their check-in, luggage handling, and boarding processes
• Provide customer service and address any passenger inquiries or concerns in a professional and timely manner
• Coordinate with various airport departments and stakeholders to ensure seamless operations
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of airport systems and procedures to efficiently handle various tasks
• Contribute to the overall safety and security of the airport environment
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the airport's operations
