Amazon Warehouse Associate Job Description
We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented individuals to join our Amazon Logistics Team as warehouse associates. As a warehouse associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, working with a wide range of tasks including removing and replacing packages from warehouse racking systems, unpacking packages, unwrapping products, wrapping products, placing products in poly bags and sealing them, bundling products, labeling products, packing products into cases with a maximum weight of 50 pounds, and transporting cases within the warehouse using typical warehouse tools.
Responsibilities:
- Remove and replace packages from warehouse racking systems
- Unpack packages
- Unwrap product
- Wrap product
- Place product in poly bags and seal poly bag
- Bundled product
- Label product
- Pack product into cases with maximum weight of 50 lbs
- Place cases on dolly, cart, or pallet jack for transport within warehouse
- Use typical warehouse tools (box cutter, tape gun, resizing tools, etc.)
Requirements:
- High School or equivalent diploma
- Experience with Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Outlook
- Familiarity with multiple web browsers, window navigation and instant messenger tools
