Backend Developer (SDE -2)

<p><strong>Job Title : Backend SDE-2 - Node.Js</strong></p><p><strong>Experience : 3 - 6 years</strong></p><p><strong>Location : Noida</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Description</strong>:</p><p>As a Backend Developer at PhysicsWallah, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining server-side logic, ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the frontend. You will work closely with our front-end developers and other team members to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic<strong>.</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Develop and maintain scalable backend services using NestJS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.</li><li>Design and implement RESTful APIs and ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.</li><li>Work with Kafka and SQS for building real-time data pipelines and event-driven systems.</li><li>Manage and optimize databases including MongoDB, Postgres and Redis.</li><li>Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.</li><li>Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.</li><li>Troubleshoot and debug applications.</li><li>Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.</li><li>Ensure that the developed services are robust and easy to maintain.</li><li>Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>3-6 years of experience in backend development.</li><li>Proficiency in NestJS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.</li><li>Experience with Kafka for real-time data processing.</li><li>Strong knowledge of MongoDB, Postgres and Redis.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.</li><li>A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.</li></ul>
