Ltd., a fast-scaling technology and defense solutions company, we are looking for a strategic and analytically strong FP&A; Manager to partner closely with leadership in driving financial control, forecasting, and long-term business accounting planning. This role is designed for a high-potential individual on a CFO-track who can bring financial clarity, insight, and discipline to a multi-vertical company operating at the intersection of innovation, government projects, and high-impact technology delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Planning & Business Strategy- Lead annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and multi-project financial modeling.- Work closely with founders and BU heads to drive financial discipline and long-term planning.- Build data-driven dashboards and board-level presentations to monitor cash flow, profitability, and runway.Financial Control & Data Analysis- Oversee and strengthen financial controls across all departments and project lifecycles.- Review books of accounts (Tally or ERP), vendor/client ledgers, and payment cycles.- Conduct trend analysis, financial health checks, and ratio-based diagnostics.Business & Investment Intelligence- Support founders in business valuation, investor readiness, and funding analysis.- Benchmark competitor financials and prepare reports for expansion decisions.- Work with external consultants for audits, compliance, and investor due diligence.Process Automation & Operational Finance- Improve and institutionalize SOPs and project-specific financial processes.- Introduce automation in reporting using advanced Excel, Power BI, or ERP tools.- Ensure all documentation is clean, auditable, and aligned with financial best practices.Red Flag Reporting & Escalation- Set up systems to proactively raise red flags in case of project-level financial bottlenecks, overdue receivables, or vendor delays.- Regularly publish MIS summaries and variance reports.Ideal Candidate Profile- Chartered Accountant (CA) strongly preferred.
