We are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining ongoing customer concerns, working with various partners, addressing tasks in a timely manner, and proactively self-educating on new processes and policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service focused on the person and solution
  • Maintain and follow through on ongoing customer concerns until resolved
  • Work with various Tesla partners including scheduling, maintenance, process development, etc.
  • Address tasks in a timely manner
  • Proactively self-educate and maintain expectations regarding training, courses, and procedural/policy updates
