Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, maintain and follow through on ongoing customer concerns, and work with various Tesla partners.

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

Providing excellent customer service focused on the person and the solution
Maintaining and following through on ongoing customer concerns until resolution
Working with various Tesla partners such as scheduling, maintenance, process development, etc.
Addressing tasks in a timely manner
Proactively self-educating and maintaining expectations regarding training, courses, and procedural/policy updates
