At Tesla, we believe that everyone can help accelerate the world's transition to sustainable energy. As a Customer Service Rep, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service focused on the person and the solution.

You will be responsible for maintaining and following through on ongoing customer concerns until they are resolved. You will also work with various Tesla partners, such as scheduling, maintenance, process development, and address tasks in a timely manner.

We welcome individuals who are proactive and self-motivated to educate themselves and maintain expectations regarding training, courses, and procedural/policy updates.
