Position:

Customer Service / Technical Support & Sales Associate

What You’ll Do

  • Work directly with customers through all communications channels including walk‑in, phone, email, chat, messaging, social post commenting
  • Serve happiness and solutions to customers, regardless of the situation
  • Answer questions and engage with responses to posts
  • Consult customers and facilitate entering orders when messaged or communicating with customers
  • Use basic smart phone photo and video shooting skills, adequate for visually communicating with customers
  • Develop skills for navigating our back‑end software systems for order entry, order and tracking look‑up, and product inventory research
  • This job is full‑time "in office", not "work from home"

Who You Are

  • Experience dealing with retail customers (e‑com or store)
  • You are comfortable and good at talking on the phone with customers
  • You are good at typing responses & use proper grammar and spelling
  • You are comfortable and remain calm when dealing with customers
  • You are happy to chat with customers in person in our showroom
  • Passion and patience for working with customers and helping solve problems
  • Cars and electric vehicles, enthusiast & experience modifying cars preferred
  • Entry level we can train you - or preferred 2+ years of experience in working incustomer service
  • Experience in working with an ecommerce‑based enthusiast product company preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred
  • Driven, resourceful, creative with a passion to keep T Sportline #1
  • Excellent grammar and spelling skills and ability to use tools to ensure communication quality
  • Reasonably proficient on social media platforms
  • Enjoy with working in a fast‑paced environment
  • Organized with strong project management ability
  • Collaborative team member who is willing to work with multiple cross‑functional departments to produce the best content possible.
  • Ability to travel occasionally to shows and events.

Locations (We are hiring at BOTH locations):

  • These are "in the office" jobs (not WFH)
    • Atlanta, GA
    • Los Angeles, CA (Van Nuys)
