• Communicate with dispatchers, customers, and supervisors efficiently.
• Ensure packages are delivered intact and to the correct recipients.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries as needed.
• Comply with company policies, safety regulations, and driving rules.

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to operate GPS devices and follow driving directions.
• Must be able to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
• Must be willing to work during peak seasons, including weekends and holidays.
