Desktop/Customer Support Engineer (Field IT) (Delhi Only)
Willing to visit to the Customer Sites and resolve Customer Complaints.
Troubleshooting hardware, network connection and software issues
Installation of HDD, SSD, RAM, Desktop & Laptops
Install, configure, administeration and maintain IT equipment (desktops, laptops, printers and network peripherals)
Installation of Windows OS & other Softwares as required by Customer
Configure Outlook Email and Backup
Configuration of Wifi Router, Internet & LAN related Troubleshooting
Printer Sharing & Troubleshooting.
Remote & Telephonic Support when required
Responding to client IT support requests & Maintaining good user relations
Maintaining Call Reports
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹144,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
