Digital Marketing Executive (SEO, SMM, SMA, SEM)
<strong>Role Overview<br><br></strong>We are looking for a <strong>Digital Marketing Lead</strong> who can think strategically, plan comprehensively, and execute effectively across all digital channels. This role involves leading end-to-end marketing strategy from concept to execution to drive brand growth, customer acquisition, and engagement.<br><br>The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with hands-on expertise in <strong>SEO, performance marketing, content strategy, social media, and analytics</strong>, and will be responsible for mentoring junior marketers and collaborating closely with design, sales, and tech teams.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities<br><br></strong><strong>Strategic Planning & Leadership<br><br></strong><ul><li>Develop, lead, and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.</li><li>Identify growth opportunities and allocate budgets effectively across channels.</li><li>Supervise and mentor a small marketing team for execution excellence.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Performance Marketing & Analytics<br><br></strong><ul><li>Plan, run, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms.</li><li>Analyze campaign performance metrics and generate actionable insights using Google Analytics, GA4, and other analytics tools.</li><li>Drive ROI-focused decisions based on data and measurable outcomes.<br><br></li></ul><strong>SEO & Content Strategy<br><br></strong><ul><li>Oversee on-page and off-page SEO initiatives to improve search rankings and organic traffic.</li><li>Collaborate with the content team to ensure cohesive messaging and content aligned with brand goals.</li><li>Conduct competitor and keyword research to guide content and campaign planning.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Social Media & Brand Positioning<br><br></strong><ul><li>Build and manage a robust social media strategy across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).</li><li>Oversee creative direction, storytelling, and engagement-driven campaigns.</li><li>Identify trends, influencers, and emerging channels to enhance brand visibility.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Email & WhatsApp Marketing<br><br></strong><ul><li>Design and execute high-performing email and WhatsApp campaigns for lead nurturing, retention, and remarketing.</li><li>A/B test and optimize campaign performance for conversions.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Cross-Team Collaboration & Partnerships<br><br></strong><ul><li>Work closely with design, development, and client teams to ensure seamless marketing integration.</li><li>Build and maintain relationships with influencers, partners, and media outlets to amplify reach.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Requirements<br><br></strong><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.</li><li>3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of leading successful campaigns.</li><li>Hands-on experience in:</li><li>Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Analytics platforms</li><li>SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.)</li><li>Email marketing tools (Mailchimp, SendinBlue, etc.)<br><br></li></ul><strong>Must Have<br><br></strong><ul><li>Strong understanding of digital funnels, conversion tracking, and performance optimization.</li><li>Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.</li><li>Creative mindset with a passion for innovation and measurable impact.<br><br></li></ul>Skills: performance marketing,email marketing,digital marketing,meta ads,google analytics,google adsense,google ads,facebook ads,social media marketing,campaigns,analytics,instagram marketing,social media advertising,seo,search engine marketing (sem)
