Our client, a rapidly expanding e-commerce enterprise, is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented E-commerce Growth Hacker and Marketing Strategist. This position is critical for driving customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth across all digital channels. As a key member of our remote-first marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative growth strategies that leverage data analytics, A/B testing, and cutting-edge marketing technologies. You will identify new opportunities for growth, optimize conversion funnels, and implement sophisticated campaigns across social media, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and influencer collaborations. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of the e-commerce landscape, a proven ability to drive measurable results, and a passion for experimentation. You will analyze user behavior, market trends, and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions. This is a fully remote role, requiring strong self-discipline and excellent communication skills to thrive in a virtual team environment. You will work closely with product, sales, and design teams to ensure a cohesive brand experience. We are looking for a creative thinker with a strong analytical backbone, capable of translating complex data into actionable insights. A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred, along with at least 4 years of experience in e-commerce marketing and growth hacking. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce growth strategies. Drive customer acquisition, conversion rates, and customer lifetime value. Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email, Influencer). Conduct A/B testing and user behavior analysis to improve website performance. Identify and exploit new growth channels and opportunities. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer journeys. Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights. Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 4+ years of experience in e-commerce marketing and growth hacking. Proven track record of driving significant revenue growth in e-commerce. Expertise in digital marketing channels and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media platforms, SEO tools). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach. Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management abilities.
