Executive – HR & Admin - Reputed FMCG MNC Company - Delhi (Ohkla Phase 3)

We are having an urgent opening for the position of Executive – HR & Admin for a reputed FMCG MNC Company at Delhi (Okhla Phase 3) location.

 


Job responsibilities (HR Generalist):

  • Employees orientation – YDI policies.
  • To take care of recruitment/ talent acquisition.
  • Issuance of offer letter
  • Preparation of monthly salary advice i.e. Salary/ OT/ incidental/ comp. off payable/LWP etc.
  • Employees’ attendance & leave records.
  • Record keeping & maintaining employees reimbursement/incentive sheet.
  • Coordination with all centres for day-to-day activities.
  • Assisting in preparation of monthly HR Report.
  • Full & final settlement of employees.
  • Assisting in preparation of employee’s personal file.
  • Assisting in HR Audit.
  • Coordinating in administration work.


Special skills, mental or personality requirements:

  • Pleasing personality, good communicator, comfortable to work in teams, punctual,
  • polite to others, responsible, sincerity towards the job, positive attitude and creative thinker.
  • PC skill like MS Excel & Power point.
  • Languages known: English & Hindi.

Age: 23 to 28 Years
Male candidate with pleasant personality, good communication skills & computer knowledge.
