Executive – HR & Admin - Reputed FMCG MNC Company - Delhi (Ohkla Phase 3)
We are having an urgent opening for the position of Executive – HR & Admin for a reputed FMCG MNC Company at Delhi (Okhla Phase 3) location.
Job responsibilities (HR Generalist):
- Employees orientation – YDI policies.
- To take care of recruitment/ talent acquisition.
- Issuance of offer letter
- Preparation of monthly salary advice i.e. Salary/ OT/ incidental/ comp. off payable/LWP etc.
- Employees’ attendance & leave records.
- Record keeping & maintaining employees reimbursement/incentive sheet.
- Coordination with all centres for day-to-day activities.
- Assisting in preparation of monthly HR Report.
- Full & final settlement of employees.
- Assisting in preparation of employee’s personal file.
- Assisting in HR Audit.
- Coordinating in administration work.
Special skills, mental or personality requirements:
- Pleasing personality, good communicator, comfortable to work in teams, punctual,
- polite to others, responsible, sincerity towards the job, positive attitude and creative thinker.
- PC skill like MS Excel & Power point.
- Languages known: English & Hindi.
Age: 23 to 28 Years
Male candidate with pleasant personality, good communication skills & computer knowledge.
