Front Office Assistant

· Able to maintain an organized reception area

· Greet and assist guests, workers, visitors and the general public

· Handling EPABX System by receiving, directing and relaying telephone calls and messages.

· Record and handle all incoming and outgoing couriers/package/posts .

· Demonstrated ability to deal effectively with inquiries and escalating it to concerned department/officials.

. Can provide office assistance as and when required.

· Coordinate the repair and maintenance of office supplies

· Provide Administrative Services as and when required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
