About the Role 

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Visual + UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with strong visual storytelling abilities and a foundational understanding of digital product design. You will work across brand, communication, and interface design to build high-quality assets for internal and external use.

Key Responsibilities 

• Create digital and print assets, brand-aligned creatives, marketing collaterals, and mockups. 
• Design visually engaging company decks, presentations, and internal documents.
• Develop UI designs for internal management software, dashboards, and web apps. 
• Maintain and evolve the brand design language across all touchpoints.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering teams to deliver design-ready files. 
• Utilise AI tools to enhance productivity, ideation, and creative development. 

Required Skills 

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). 
• Strong deck design and visual storytelling skills. 
• Solid understanding of Figma for UI design. 
• Ability to create clear prompts and workflows for AI-based tools (image/video generation, ideation, etc.). 
• Excellent attention to detail, layout sense, and visual consistency. 

Bonus / Good-to-Have Skills 

• Video editing (Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar). 
• Photography (basic to intermediate). 
• Creative direction using AI (image generation, video generation, ideation tools). 
• Ability to create concept videos, product renders, and visual explainer content using AI.
