About the job:
Key responsibilities:1. Handle the complete recruitment cycle - from understanding client requirements to candidate onboarding.
2. Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, social media, references, and networking.
3. Conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews to assess candidate suitability.
4. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
5. Maintain and update recruitment databases and reports.
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
7. Achieve daily and weekly hiring targets set by the management.
