The candidate will be responsible for bringing aggressive growth through SANCTION DISBURSEMENT of New to Bank in the Agri SME Corporate Business segment Specific Roles and Responsibilities Assessment of Working Capital Finance LAP Term Loan requirements Firstcut appraisaland Structured Finance as per needs and request of Customer in consultation with RM Business analyst is expected to have overall view of various industries their functions locations seasonality aspects and operating cycle etc Critical Analysis of Financial Statements Carrying out analysis of Balance Sheet P L Accounts Funds Flow Cash Flow Analysis Industry Peer Group Analysis Ratio analysis SWOT Profitable proposition Balancing of risk versus return while considering business proposition pricing collateral coverage Help RMs identify critical points for better negotiation with client Spectrum of Asset finance Interacting with RMs and if required with clients to capture the comprehensive financial needs of clients through Fund Based Working Capital Term Loans LCBD and Non Fund Based Products LC BG and Trade products Portfolio Management Segmental analysis and giving inputs to sales team on the trends in various target segments Preparing PPTs and churning reports to keep management abreast about the critical developments in business vertical Liasioning Coordination Coordination with RMs for speedy preparation of the proposal and submission to Risk approval authorities and Liaison with credit Risk and monitoring teams for speedy approval of proposals
