Influencer Strategy & Planning

  • Create and execute a monthly influencer marketing calendar aligned with product launches, campaigns, and brand objectives.
  • Identify the right creators across nano, micro, mid-size, and celebrity tiers.
  • Build persona-specific creator buckets for Indian luxury fashion audiences.

Creator Sourcing & Outreach

  • Scout and shortlist relevant influencers across fashion, beauty, lifestyle, gifting, and luxury niches.
  • Handle end-to-end communication — outreach, negotiation, onboarding, and follow-up.
  • Build a monthly pipeline of 50–150 creators (barter + paid).

Campaign Execution

  • Plan influencer drops with clear briefs, timelines, deliverables, and content expectations.
  • Coordinate product shipments and ensure timely content delivery.
  • Track posting schedules and ensure all deliverables are completed.

Content Quality & Brand Alignment

  • Ensure the content follows brand guidelines (aesthetics, tonality, quality).
  • Review influencer content, provide direction/feedback, and manage approvals.
  • Curate the best-performing content for ads/organic channels.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Track KPIs: reach, engagement, saves, shares, link clicks, sales via unique codes.
  • Build weekly & monthly dashboards for performance analysis.
  • Identify ROI-positive creators and scale long-term partnerships with them.

Community Building & Relationships

  • Maintain strong, positive relationships with influencers and agencies.
  • Build a closed creator community for priority partners.
  • Organize quarterly creator meet-ups / exclusive drops.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
