<p><strong>About the Role</strong></p><p>We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented <strong>IT Administrator</strong> to manage and support the organisation’s IT infrastructure. This role ensures smooth functioning of all hardware, software, networks, security systems, and user support across the company.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p>• Manage installation, configuration and maintenance of laptops, desktops, printers, network devices and other IT equipment.</p><p>• Handle user onboarding and offboarding: email creation, access provisioning, laptop setup, and revoking access.</p><p>• Monitor and maintain the company’s LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, firewalls and network security.</p><p>• Troubleshoot day-to-day IT issues for employees (hardware, software, connectivity, access, system errors).</p><p>• Oversee IT asset inventory: tagging, tracking, AMC management and vendor coordination.</p><p>• Ensure timely updates, patches, antivirus, backups and system hygiene across devices.</p><p>• Coordinate with external vendors for system repairs, licenses, IT procurement and maintenance.</p><p>• Maintain and update user permissions across tools, apps, servers and shared drives.</p><p>• Ensure data security protocols, access control, and IT compliance guidelines are followed.</p><p>• Support office infrastructure – CCTV, biometric systems, routers, access points and servers.</p><p>• Document IT processes, SOPs, issue logs and resolution timelines.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p>• Graduate with 3–6 years of experience in IT support, network administration or system maintenance.</p><p>• Strong understanding of Windows/Mac OS, networking basics, backup systems and security tools.</p><p>• Hands-on experience with email setups (Google Workspace/O365), admin consoles, VPN and firewalls.</p><p>• Ability to multitask, troubleshoot under pressure and provide quick user support.</p><p>• Good communication, documentation skills and a proactive approach.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Good to Have</strong></p><p>• Experience with cloud tools, SaaS applications, CRM access control or IT policies.</p><p>• Certifications like CCNA, MCP, A+, or related credentials.</p>
