Interior Site Supervisor

Job Title: Site Supervisor Location: Project Site (as assigned) Department: Projects / Operations Reports To: Project Manager / Director Job The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations, ensuring that projects are executed as per design, quality standards, safety norms, and within the planned timeline and budget. The role requires coordination between labor, contractors, vendors, and clients to deliver successful project execution. Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily on-site operations of assigned project(s). Monitor and manage labor, subcontractors, and vendors at the site. Ensure adherence to project schedules, drawings, and quality standards. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality guidelines. Report site progress, issues, and requirements to the Project Manager. Coordinate material delivery and usage as per project requirements. Resolve day-to-day site issues and escalate critical problems when necessary. Maintain proper site documentation including daily progress reports, material records, and labor attendance. Ensure smooth communication between the client, office, and site team. Enforce safety protocols and ensure that all workers comply with health and safety regulations.
