<strong>Job Purpose<br><br></strong>The Junior Manager – Compliance Oversight will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of Aparajitha consultants engaged by the organization to audit vendor statutory compliances. This role also includes managing and executing in-house labour compliance functions to ensure adherence to applicable labour laws and internal policies.
