Job Purpose The Junior Manager – Compliance Oversight will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of Aparajitha consultants engaged by the organization to audit vendor statutory compliances. This role also includes managing and executing in-house labour compliance functions to ensure adherence to applicable labour laws and internal policies. The incumbent will act as a key liaison between external compliance auditors and internal stakeholders, ensuring timely resolution of compliance gaps, maintaining accurate documentation, and driving continuous improvement in compliance processes. ORGANISATION CHART CHRO-Energy -> Manager Smart Metering > Junior Manager Smart Metering Key Accountabilities Accountabilities Key Performance Indicators <ul><li>Conduct periodic internal audits and prepare compliance reports. </li></ul>Quaterly audit with closure <ul><li>Assist in grievance handling and disciplinary processes in line with compliance norms. </li></ul>≥ 95% of cases handled in accordance with compliance norms <ul><li>Ensure in house compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and company policies for all Smart Metering projects as Uttar Pradesh for extended workforce and compliances for in house for all smart metering entities. </li></ul>Number of audits and their timely closure, including in-house audits. <ul><li>Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and compliance documentation with the help of external compliance vendor (Aprajita) </li></ul>Monitors audit count and timely closures <ul><li>Support implementation of HR policies and procedures across the Smart Metering division. </li></ul>≥ 90% of HR initiatives supported effectively within the defined timeframe. <ul><li>Support in Liasoning with legal and finance teams for timely submission of statutory returns (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.).</li><li>Monitor and report on compliance metrics and risk areas. </li></ul>≥ 95% timely submissions Monthly compliance report with risk flags KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES - Additional Details EXTERNAL INTERACTIONS External - Labour Authority on statutory for the all the GMR Energy entities INTERNAL INTERACTIONS Internal -MAD, Internal Auditor and Legatirx FINANCIAL DIMENSIONS Audit of invoices for three packages of Smart Metering and will be responsible statutory compliances Additionally, incumbent will be responsible for handling internal compliances of all three smart metering Other Dimensions EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS MBA/PBDGM Relevant Experience Minimum 4-7 years of experience in core compliance and auditing role COMPETENCIES <ul><li>Entrepreneurship </li><li>Capability Building </li><li>Social Awareness </li><li>Planning & Decision Making </li><li>Execution & Results </li><li>Strategic Orientation </li><li>Problem Solving & Analytical Thinking </li><li>Networking </li><li>Personal Effectiveness </li><li>Teamwork & Interpersonal influence </li><li>Stakeholder Focus</li></ul>
