Junior Network Engineer
<p><strong>Job Responsibilities</strong></p><p> To support the IT network infra for 10+ Co-working Centers across Delhi NCR.</p><p> Provide Level-1 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues pertaining to all IT</p><p>infrastructure.</p><p> Troubleshooting, diagnosing and finding solutions to potential network and system issues on</p><p>daily basis.</p><p> Conducting regular maintenance tasks, such as installing software patches and performing</p><p>network upgrades.</p><p> Responsible and accountable for the smooth running and management of network</p><p>infrastructure which includes ISP, Switches, Routers, Wireless Controllers, Access Points,</p><p>Network Printers etc.</p><p> Communicating and collaborating with third-party vendors that provide services to ensure</p><p>networks operate as per expectations</p><p> Act as primary SPOC to address various ADHOC alterations in existing network like laying of</p><p>cables(Structured Cabling), making connectors for UTP cables, DVR/NVR, setting up printers</p><p>for clients. Also, should support in Devices mounting & unmounting.</p><p> Assuring seamless internet availability to all over clients in multiple locations.</p><p> Maintain IT Asset of the organizations as per office guidelines.</p><p> Ensuring and maintaining connectivity of different networks.</p><p> Coordination with ISP Vendors in case of any network outage to see the resolution as per</p><p>agreed SLA.</p><p> Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot</p><p>fixes and as the part of preventive maintenance schedules weekly, monthly or as per office</p><p>guidelines.</p><p> Should be able to support in supervising the Active/Passive vendor working onsite for setting</p><p>up AltF new centers.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Skill Set</strong></p><p> Config. & Mgmt. of Switches (L2/L3)- Cisco, unify, Aruba etc.</p><p> Config. & Mgmt. Access Point’s, WLC (Cloud/ On premises)- Unify, Cisco, Aruba etc.</p><p> Configuration & Management of Firewalls/Routers- Cisco, Sophos, Meraki etc.</p><p> Troubleshooting- Wireless, LAN and other peripherals on the Network.</p><p> Passive Work- Structured Cabling, Network Racks, I/O, patch Panel etc.</p><p> L1 & L2 troubleshooting and supporting clients across various Centers- Desktops/Laptops.</p><p> Network Printer setup & Troubleshooting</p><p> Setup & Management of CCTV System including DVR/NVR</p><p> Setup & Management of EPBX System- Analog & IP based</p><p> Setup & Maintenance of Access Controls System.</p><p> Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly Preventive Maintenance as per Office Guidelines.</p><p> IT Asset Management</p><p> Managing 3 rd Party support Vendors for various support requirements.</p>
