This includes site identification, real estate negotiations, lease finalization, procurement coordination, and end-to-end project execution until clinic handover.</p><p><br></p><p>This role is critical to Evoke's growth plans, ensuring every new location meets our standards of branding, design, compliance, and operational readiness.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>About Evoke:</strong> Evoke is one of Delhi NCR’s fastest-growing chains of aesthetic clinics. We combine medical expertise with advanced technology to deliver effective, personalized treatments. With multiple clinics operational and several new openings planned, we’re looking for an HR professional who can build and scale our people function with speed and empathy.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p><br></p><p>1. Site Identification & Real Estate Acquisition</p><ul><li>Identify high-potential micro-markets using data, footfall insights, and demographic filters</li><li>Conduct site visits, shortlist properties, and evaluate suitability based on business criteria</li><li>Negotiate commercial terms with landlords and brokers</li><li>Drive end-to-end lease closure including LOI, legal documentation, and agreement execution</li></ul><p><br></p><p>2. Project Planning & Execution (Fit-Out)</p><ul><li>Create project plans, timelines, and budgets for new clinic development</li><li>Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, and vendors</li><li>Manage interior fit-outs, electricals, IT setup, HVAC, branding, and equipment installation</li><li>Conduct regular on-site reviews to ensure quality and adherence to specifications</li><li>Ensure timely procurement of furniture, fixtures, medical equipment, and consumables</li><li> Drive project closure with snag lists, final checks, and clinic readiness reports</li></ul><p><br></p><p>3. Vendor & Procurement Management</p><ul><li>Build and manage a strong vendor network for contracting, interiors, equipment, IT, and branding</li><li>Negotiate rates and service level agreements to ensure cost optimization</li><li>Ensure timely purchase of all required items with full transparency and documentation</li><li>Maintain standardization of materials, layouts, and equipment across all clinics</li></ul><p><br></p><p>4. Processes & Cross-Functional Collaboration</p><ul><li>Maintain updated trackers for site pipeline, project progress, budgets, and timelines</li><li>Work closely with Operations for handover and go-live</li><li>Coordinate with Finance on budgeting, payments, and vendor compliance</li></ul>
