Work in rotational shifts and rotational week-offs. Qualifications / Requirements Any Graduate or Undergraduate with excellent communication skills. 0-5 years of experience in a customer service role. Strong verbal communication skills. Basic computer knowledge. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills / Attributes Experience in Inbound Voice Process. Familiarity with Domestic or International Voice Process.
