If you have hands-on experience in crafting high-quality motion-based videos for digital and performance marketing, we’d love to connect with you.</p><p> As a Motion Video Editor at InstaServ, you will be responsible for creating dynamic video content that enhances our brand presence and drives engagement.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><p> • Minimum <strong>2 years of experience</strong> in motion video editing and graphic design.</p><p> • Proficiency in <strong>Adobe After Effects</strong>, <strong>Adobe Premiere Pro</strong>, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.</p><p> • Strong understanding of <strong>motion graphics, animation principles</strong>, and digital storytelling.</p><p> • Ability to create visually appealing videos for <strong>ads, social media, and marketing campaigns</strong>.</p><p> • Experience working in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines.</p><p> • Excellent communication, teamwork, and time-management skills.</p><p> • Basic knowledge of <strong>camera handling</strong> and audio recording (added advantage).</p><p> • Understanding of <strong>video marketing trends, formats, and performance metrics</strong>.</p><p> • Creative mindset with a strong eye for aesthetics, color sense, and design.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p> • Create and edit <strong>motion-based videos</strong>, animations, and visual assets for digital marketing campaigns.</p><p> • Design engaging <strong>motion graphics</strong> for ads, reels, explainer videos, and storytelling content.</p><p> • Edit and enhance video, image, and audio elements to deliver high-quality output.</p><p> • Maintain <strong>visual consistency, brand guidelines</strong>, and production quality across all content.</p><p> • Collaborate closely with the <strong>Marketing, PPC, and Creative teams</strong> to plan and execute video projects.</p><p> • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh, innovative ideas for multimedia content.</p><p> • Optimize videos for various platforms including <strong>Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Ads</strong>.</p>
