Job Summary:
We are looking for a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Nykaa Beauty Specialist to provide customers with an excellent shopping experience. The ideal candidate should have strong product knowledge of beauty, skincare, personal care, and Nykaa brands, along with effective communication and sales skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and understand their beauty, skincare, and makeup needs.
• Provide expert product recommendations based on customer requirements.
• Demonstrate product usage and benefits to customers.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Maintain product displays, shelves, and overall store hygiene.
• Keep updated with Nykaa’s product launches, promotions, and beauty trends.
• Assist with stock management, replenishment, and inventory checks.
• Handle customer queries and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
• Report sales performance and customer feedback to the store manager.

Skills & Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in beauty retail or cosmetic sales (Nykaa experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of skincare, makeup, and beauty products.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Presentable, confident, and customer-service oriented.
• Ability to meet sales targets and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer knowledge for billing and POS operations.

Education:

• Minimum 12th Pass; Diploma in Beauty/Makeup is an added advantage.

Salary:

• 25,000 To 40,000
