<div><br></div><div>The primary objective of the role is to acquire National Pension Scheme (NPS) subscribers from Central Government and State Government employees of assigned territory /location.</div><div><br></div><div><strong>Locations :</strong></div><div><br></div><div>Bangalore, Hyderabad, Kanpur, Kolkata, Madurai, Mumbai, Aurangabad, Mysore, Nagpur</div><div>Nashik, Pune, Thiruvananthapuram, Vishakhapatnam.</div><div><br></div><div><strong>Primary responsibilities:</strong></div><ul type="disc"><li style=" line-height:normal;">Engage with NPS nodal officers / decision makers for empanelling DSP Pension  Fund Managers as preferred Pension Fund Manager.</li><li style=" line-height:normal;">Build the mind share amongst NPS subscribers / nodal officers through  engagement activities like awareness sessions etc.</li><li style=" line-height:normal;">Acquire the NPS subscribers for pension fund business.</li><li style=" line-height:normal;">Cross sell annuities as well other financial products.</li><li style=" line-height:normal;">Resolve service-related queries of subscribers.</li></ul><p style="margin-bottom:0cm;line-height:normal;"><strong> </strong></p><p style="margin-bottom:0cm;line-height:normal;"><strong>Knowledge & Skills required for the role:</strong></p><p style="margin-bottom:0cm;line-height:normal;"><br></p><ul style="margin-top:0cm;" type="disc"><li style="margin-bottom:0cm;line-height:normal;">Working with any BFSI dealing with Central Govt, State Govt or PSUs.</li><li style="margin-bottom:0cm;line-height:normal;">Domain knowledge of NPS and Annuity and Pension Funds business.</li><li style="margin-bottom:0cm;line-height:normal;">Previous working experience with any Pension Fund Managers or any Annuity Service Providers will be         preferred.</li><li style="margin-bottom:0cm;line-height:normal;">Presentable personality with good communications skills.</li></ul><p style="margin-bottom:0cm;line-height:normal;"><br></p><p style="margin-bottom:0cm;line-height:normal;"><strong>Outcomes expected from the role:</strong></p><p style="margin-bottom:0cm;line-height:normal;"><br></p><ul style="margin-top:0cm;" type="disc"><li style="margin-bottom:0cm;line-height:normal;">Number of new NPS subscribers acquired.</li><li style="margin-bottom:0cm;line-height:normal;">Asset under management (AUM) acquired.</li><li style="margin-bottom:0cm;line-height:normal;">Number of awareness sessions conducted.</li><li style=" line-height:normal;">Achievement of cross selling targets</li></ul><p style="margin-bottom:0cm;line-height:normal;"><strong>Educational Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum Graduate from any stream</li></ul><p style="margin-bottom:0cm;line-height:normal;"><strong>Years of Experience:</strong></p><ul><li>2 to 10 Years of experience</li></ul><div><br></div>
