<p><strong>Job Description</strong>: Optometry Trainer</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Location</strong>: Lenskart</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Experience</strong>: 2–3 Years</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualification</strong>: Bachelor’s in Optometry</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Role Overview</strong></p><p>We are looking for an Optometry Trainer to deliver high-quality training in refraction, dispensing,</p><p>and optical processes to Lenskart’s retail staff.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p>● Conduct training on refraction, dispensing, and optical techniques.</p><p>● Use role plays and innovative methods to improve learning effectiveness.</p><p>● Track trainee performance and provide timely feedback.</p><p>● Develop and update training content as per business needs.</p><p>● Visit stores for on-ground coaching, mock sessions, and skill assessments.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p>● Bachelor’s in Optometry (mandatory).</p><p>● 2–3 years of training experience; retail/optical background preferred.</p><p>● Strong communication and presentation skills.</p><p>● Willingness to travel for store training.</p>
