<strong>Job Requirements<br><br></strong><strong>Job Requirements <br><br></strong><strong>Role/Job Title:</strong> Partner - First Private<br><br><strong>Function/Department:</strong> Retail Liabilities<br><br><strong>Job Purpose<br><br></strong>This role is instrumental in acquisition of HNI & UHNI clients and building the relationship with the bank. They have to sell Investment & Insurance & other bank products to Private Banking clients to generate fee income<br><br><strong>Roles & Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Nurture and manage end to end customer relationships by fulfilling all their banking needs through wealth solutions provided by IDFC FIRST Bank.</li><li>Provide a seamless banking experience from a product and interpersonal point of view.</li><li>Achieve organizational objectives of high customer satisfaction scores.</li><li>Acquire customers through natural market, open market activities, references from internal sources via existing branch and digital networks.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Secondary Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Ensure regulatory compliance.</li><li>High relationship management orientation; ability to forge effective relationships</li><li>Strong focus on service delivery.</li><li>Execution-oriented, i.e. driven to achieve results.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Managerial & Leadership Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Team development.</li><li>Ensuring the team is adequately staffed.</li><li>Target achievement of team members.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Education Qualification<br><br></strong>Graduation: Bachelor’s in engineering / Technology / Math’s / Commerce / Arts / Science / Biology / Business / Computers / Engineering / Management.<br><br>Post-graduation: MBA, PGDM.<br><br><strong>Experience:</strong> 10-18 years of relevant experience.
