Responsibilities Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms . Conduct A/B testing on creatives, ad copies, and landing pages to improve performance. Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement. Manage ad budgets efficiently to maximize ROI and ROAS . Conduct keyword research and audience targeting to improve campaign reach and effectiveness. Work closely with the content and design team to develop high-performing ad creatives. Stay updated on industry trends, recent ad formats, and best practices to keep our campaigns competitive. Qualifications Proven experience in managing performance marketing campaigns, preferably in D2C or e-commerce brands. Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and other paid channels . Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and performance tracking tools . Ability to analyze data, draw insights, and implement changes to improve performance. Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) and landing page optimization.
