As a Private Banker/Partner, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of high net worth clients, providing them with personalized banking and wealth management solutions.</p><br/><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><p>- Develop and maintain relationships with high net worth clients in the North & East region</p><p>- Understand clients' financial goals and provide them with customized banking and wealth management solutions</p><p>- Cross-sell various banking products and services, including loans, investments, and insurance</p><p>- Act as a trusted advisor to clients and provide them with regular updates on market trends and investment opportunities</p><p>- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients</p><p>- Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the Private Banking Group</p><br/><p>Qualifications:</p><p>- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field</p><p>- Minimum of 5 years of experience in private banking or wealth management</p><p>- Proven track record of managing and growing a portfolio of high net worth clients</p><p>- In-depth knowledge of banking products and services, investments, and insurance</p><p>- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</p><p>- Strong sales and relationship management skills</p><p>- Ability to work independently and as part of a team</p><p>- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software</p><br/><p>Additional Parameters:</p><p>- CFP or CFA certification is preferred</p><p>- Knowledge of local market and industry trends in the North & East region</p><p>- Willingness to travel within the region as needed</p><p>- Fluency in local languages is a plus</p><br/><p>If you are a driven and results-oriented individual with a passion for providing exceptional service to high net worth clients, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity at IDFC FIRST Bank.
