<p><strong>Role: Product Manager II – Growth</strong></p><p><strong>Team:</strong> Product – Nykaa Beauty</p><p><strong>Reports to:</strong> Director Product, Nykaa Beauty</p><p><br></p><p><strong>About the Role</strong></p><p>We’re looking for a <strong>Product Manager 2</strong> to lead <strong>Growth</strong> initiatives at <strong>Nykaa Beauty</strong>, with a strong charter around <strong>New Customer Acquisition, Homepage and mWeb</strong>. This role sits at the intersection of product, marketing, design and data </p><p>You’ll take over critical pods that touch multiple surfaces across app, web, and in app communication channels. You’ll work closely with the performance marketing, site, analytics, design, engineering, business teams and leadership to shape and execute our growth roadmap.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p><strong>1. Drive New User Activation & conversion</strong></p><ul><li>Own the <strong>onboarding experience</strong> across platforms; increase signup and registration and provide a high performing first time user experience post install</li><li>Improve <strong>install-to-purchase conversion</strong> for new users via content, contextual nudges, dynamic offers, and frictionless buying journeys across the funnel for new users</li></ul><p><strong>2. Homepage experience</strong></p><ul><li>Build high performing homepage experiences across different user cohorts as per user objectives to enable discovery of propositions, products, categories, offers and allow users to seamlessly navigate towards them</li><li>Own Homepage CTR and homepage journey conversion as north stars.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>3. mWeb experience</strong></p><ul><li>Build high performing mobile web experiences that improve the north start of conversion</li><li>Partner with other PMs and business teams to ensure mWeb user experience and product features are at par with apps</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p><ul><li>At least 4 years of Product Management experience in <strong>consumer internet</strong> or <strong>e-commerce</strong> companies to solve end user problems and growth business objectives</li><li>Data-first mindset with a strong grip on <strong>metrics, cohort analysis, segmentation, and experimentation</strong>.</li><li>Comfortable working with <strong>cross-functional teams</strong> including design, engineering, marketing, and analytics.</li><li>Demonstrable <strong>execution focus</strong> of collaborating with business and engineering stakeholders to deliver key product features</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Good to Have</strong></p><ul><li>Prior experience in beauty/fashion/lifestyle ecommerce or marketplaces.</li><li>Exposure to <strong>funnel conversion / product led growth / homepage and merchandising experiences</strong></li><li>Strong product craft—documentation, research, user journeys, verbal and written communication</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Why Join Us</strong></p><p>Nykaa Beauty is India's largest and most loved beauty ecommerce destination.
