Production Operator

Job Description:

We are hiring Production & Operations Staff for our warehouse in Karol Bagh. The role includes window blinds production work along with warehouse operations, dispatch, and basic admin tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Warehouse & Production Work:

• Cutting, assembling, and fabricating window blinds
• Operating basic machines and tools
• Measuring materials and ensuring quality
• Packing and organizing finished blinds in the warehouse
• Maintaining cleanliness and order in the warehouse

Order & Dispatch Coordination:

• Maintaining order and dispatch sheets
• Preparing material for dispatch
• Coordinating with delivery/courier partners
• Managing warehouse stock movement

Administrative Tasks:

• Maintaining employee attendance records
• Checking bills, vouchers, and handling basic cash
• Maintaining customer records and updating order status
• Supporting daily warehouse operations

Requirements:

• Experience in warehouse/production preferred
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel/Sheets)
• Ability to maintain order sheets and paperwork
• Good coordination and communication skills
• Responsible, punctual, and hardworking

JOB TIMINGS: 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
