- Contact and follow up with prospective clients to understand their requirements.
- Pitch residential/commercial property options confidently and professionally.
- Conduct site visits with clients and provide project, pricing, and location details.
- Maintain professional relationships with clients to ensure repeat and referral business.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, pricing structures, and closing documents.
- Coordinate with CRM and documentation teams to ensure smooth booking and handover.
- Meet monthly sales targets and performance KPIs.
- Maintain updated records of client interactions, enquiries, and sales in CRM software.
- Stay updated on project inventory, pricing, competition, and market trends.
