  • Contact and follow up with prospective clients to understand their requirements.
  • Pitch residential/commercial property options confidently and professionally.
  • Conduct site visits with clients and provide project, pricing, and location details.
  • Maintain professional relationships with clients to ensure repeat and referral business.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, pricing structures, and closing documents.
  • Coordinate with CRM and documentation teams to ensure smooth booking and handover.
  • Meet monthly sales targets and performance KPIs.
  • Maintain updated records of client interactions, enquiries, and sales in CRM software.
  • Stay updated on project inventory, pricing, competition, and market trends.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
