Job Title: Real Estate Sales Consultant - Premium Villa

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and investors to promote premium villa projects across India.

  • Generate and qualify leads through networking, referrals, online platforms, and marketing campaigns.

  • Understand client requirements, lifestyle preferences, and investment goals to recommend suitable luxury villa projects.

  • Conduct virtual and on-site property presentations and coordinate client visits.

  • Negotiate and close high-value property transactions with professionalism and integrity.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, developers, and channel partners in the luxury real estate segment.

  • Stay updated on market trends, new project launches, and investment opportunities in the premium property space.

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and maintain accurate records using CRM tools.


Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in the luxury or villa segment.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Strong interpersonal abilities to build and maintain long-term client relationships.

  • Good understanding of premium real estate markets in cities such as Goa, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune, Gurugram, and Noida.

  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and online real estate platforms.

  • Willingness to travel across India for client meetings and site visits.
