Job Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist walk-in customers at the project site/office.
  • Explain project features, pricing, amenities, and benefits to potential buyers.
  • Manage client interactions professionally—calls, messages, and follow-ups.
  • Maintain customer records, inquiries, and sales data.
  • Coordinate site visits and ensure a smooth customer experience.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers for long-term engagement.
  • Support the sales team in closing deals and achieving monthly targets

  • Required Skills
  • Good communication skills (Hindi required; basic English preferred).
  • Confident, presentable, and customer-friendly personality.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and provide proper solutions.
  • Basic computer knowledge (WhatsApp, Email, Excel).
  • Prior sales or customer service experience in Real Estate
