Job Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist walk-in customers at the project site/office.
- Explain project features, pricing, amenities, and benefits to potential buyers.
- Manage client interactions professionally—calls, messages, and follow-ups.
- Maintain customer records, inquiries, and sales data.
- Coordinate site visits and ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers for long-term engagement.
- Support the sales team in closing deals and achieving monthly targets

- Required Skills
- Good communication skills (Hindi required; basic English preferred).
- Confident, presentable, and customer-friendly personality.
- Ability to understand customer needs and provide proper solutions.
- Basic computer knowledge (WhatsApp, Email, Excel).
- Prior sales or customer service experience in Real Estate
