<p><strong>Company</strong>: NLB Services</p><p><strong>Location</strong>: Noida, Sector 63</p><p><strong>Work Timings</strong>: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM</p><p><strong>Employment Type</strong>: Full-time | On-site</p><p><br></p><p><strong>About the Role</strong></p><p>NLB Services is looking for an experienced Non-Technical Recruiter/Team Lead in the India/ Domestic staffing.</p><p>The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, stakeholder</p><p>management, and client coordination, especially for Non-IT domains.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p>· Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT roles.</p><p>· Understand client requirements and ensure timely delivery of quality profiles.</p><p>· Source candidates using job portals, social networks, references, and internal databases.</p><p>· Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates based on client prerequisites.</p><p>· Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.</p><p>· Maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients.</p><p>· Track recruitment metrics, maintain MIS reports, and update hiring dashboards.</p><p>· Ensure a smooth candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Required Skills & Experiences</strong></p><p><br></p><p>For Recruiter</p><p>· 1–5 years of recruitment experience (mix experience acceptable but majority should be in</p><p>Non-IT hiring).</p><p>· Experience working with client-side hiring teams.</p><p>· Good understanding of various Non-IT roles (Operations, Sales, Finance, Customer Support,</p><p>etc.).</p><p>· Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.</p><p>· Ability to handle pressure, multitask, and meet hiring deadlines.</p><p><br></p><p>For Team Lead</p><p>· 4–7 years of recruitment experience </p><p>· Hand-on experience with team handling and comfortable doing end-to-end recruitment. </p><p>· Experience working with client-side hiring teams.</p><p>· Good understanding of various Non-IT roles (Operations, Sales, Finance, Customer Support,</p><p>etc.).</p><p>· Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.</p><p>· Ability to handle pressure, multitask, and meet hiring deadlines.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualification</strong></p><p>Graduation or equivalent degree in any discipline.</p>
