The ideal candidate will have 1<strong>–3 years of hands-on experience</strong> in planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. You’ll play a key role in managing client relationships, delivering measurable results, and contributing to the overall growth of our digital marketing initiatives.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Plan, create, and manage performance-driven campaigns across <strong>Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)</strong>, and other digital channels.</li><li>Set up and monitor <strong>conversion tracking, events, and analytics</strong> using <strong>Google Tag Manager</strong> and <strong>Google Analytics 4 (GA4)</strong>.</li><li>Develop strategies to improve campaign performance, increase ROI, and drive lead generation.</li><li>Manage and nurture client relationships — ensuring timely communication, performance reporting, and satisfaction.</li><li>Analyze data and present insights to internal teams and clients to inform strategic decisions.</li><li>Stay up to date with the latest trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in digital marketing.</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>1-3 years of professional experience</strong> in digital marketing or performance marketing roles.</li><li>Proven expertise in <strong>Google Ads</strong>, <strong>Meta Ads</strong>, <strong>GA4</strong>, and <strong>Google Tag Manager</strong>.</li><li>Strong understanding of SEM, remarketing, and paid social campaigns.</li><li>Excellent <strong>communication and client-handling skills</strong>.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple campaigns and clients simultaneously.</li><li>Experience with tools such as Google Data Studio, HubSpot, or other marketing platforms is a plus.</li></ul>
