Shift: Day Shifts (09:00 AM to 06:15 PM)
Number of Working Days: 5 Days
Week Offs: Need to Flexible of week off (Sunday fixed off and 1 rostered off from Monday to Saturday).
Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days
NOTE:
- We need full time graduates only with good communication and should be comfortable for Work from Office (Ghaziabad). - Need to have good communication in Hindi and English.
Job Description:
- Effectively executes calls of customers - Resolves query/issues as per deliverables outlined - Follows all pre-defined procedures to meet SLA Target and ensure performance parameters are met - Maintains voice quality as per standard agreed - Handles repetitive calls and strives for target maximization to meet quality standards.
