Senior Recruitment Consultant - IT & Engineering
Our client, a distinguished recruitment consultancy operating in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, IN , is actively seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant specializing in IT and Engineering sectors. This role is pivotal in driving the success of our client's talent acquisition services by identifying, engaging, and placing top-tier professionals in critical roles. You will leverage your extensive network, deep industry knowledge, and exceptional consultative skills to build strong relationships with both clients and candidates. Responsibilities: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for IT and Engineering roles, from client consultation to candidate placement. Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber passive and active candidates. Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including interviews, reference checks, and skills evaluations. Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs and business objectives. Provide expert market insights and consultative advice to clients regarding talent acquisition strategies. Negotiate offers of employment and manage the closing process. Maintain accurate candidate and client information in the CRM/ATS system. Achieve and exceed recruitment targets and key performance indicators. Stay abreast of industry trends, market demands, and emerging technologies within the IT and Engineering landscapes. Collaborate with junior consultants, providing mentorship and guidance. Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive client engagement.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. A minimum of 4-6 years of progressive experience in recruitment, with a strong focus on IT and Engineering placements. Proven success in a client-facing recruitment role, preferably within a consultancy environment. In-depth knowledge of the IT and Engineering job markets and key players. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to build rapport and trust with diverse stakeholders. Strong business acumen and a results-oriented mindset. Proficiency in recruitment technologies, including ATS and CRM systems. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, hybrid work setting.
