Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads and convert them into clients for website development, mobile app development, and digital solutions.
• Prospect, pitch, and present our services to US clients through calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
• Understand client requirements and propose customized solutions.
• Maintain CRM records, follow up with prospects, and close deals efficiently.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Coordinate with project managers and technical teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales for IT / digital marketing / web development (preferred).
• Excellent communication & negotiation skills (US English fluency required).
• Ability to understand website and mobile app development concepts.
• Strong lead-generation and deal-closing capabilities.
• Comfortable working in night shift (US timing).
• Highly motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.

Pay: ₹14,916.74 - ₹44,230.69 per month
