Responsibilities

  • Support or develop applications with an object-oriented architecture; SaaS product or service preferred.
  • Configure SFDC and map features to business requirements, playing an active role in functional and technical grooming.
  • Play a hands-on role during all phases of the lifecycle including planning, coding, code reviews, testing, and support.
  • Develop within a declarative application platform.
  • Work with Sales and Service cloud.
  • Utilize LWC in development.
  • Work with CD/CI DevOps tools such as GitHub, BitBucket, Jenkins, RLM, SonarCube, Artifactory.
  • Understand Salesforce technology and best practices of coding standards.
  • Utilize Apex, Visualforce, Java, HTML, JavaScript, REST, SOAP in development.
  • Participate in SDLC process and Agile Scrum Methodology.
  • Use ALM Quality Center and JIRA tools.
  • Collaborate with partner teams, user community, business analysts, and Tech management to contribute to innovative solutions.
  • Work in a diverse/multiple stakeholder environment and possess client interfacing skills.
  • Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of professional experience with supporting or developing applications.
  • Experience in SFDC configuration and mapping features to business requirements.
  • Hands-on experience in all phases of the application lifecycle.
  • Experience developing within a declarative application platform.
  • Experience with Sales and Service cloud.
  • LWC experience is required.
  • Experience with CD/CI DevOps tools.
  • Good understanding of Salesforce technology and coding standards.
  • Experience with Apex, Visualforce, Java, HTML, JavaScript, REST, SOAP.
  • Working knowledge in SDLC process and Agile Scrum Methodology.
  • Experience with ALM Quality Center and JIRA tools.
  • Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Preferred certifications: Salesforce Platform App Builder and Salesforce Platform Developer I/II.
