Senior Service Manager
Designation: Yes Private Senior Service Manager / (<em>Yes Private Service Delivery Manager)<br><br></em>Grade SM/AVP<br><br><strong>Job Description<br><br></strong><strong>Roles and Responsibilities:<br><br></strong><ul><li>Tracking and monitoring of Service Requests received across all touch points from Yes Private Clients and ensuring the requests are processed within TAT </li><li>Follow up on requests and liaise with resolving units to provide a timely and accurate resolution</li><li>Identifying process improvements and ensuring that the improvements are delivered end to end</li><li>Experience in handling projects through full life cycle</li><li>Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution</li><li>Monitors progress and performance against the project plan.</li><li>Identifies, resolves or escalates operational problems and minimize delays</li><li>Conducts project meetings and prepares regular reports to communicate the status of the project within the project team.</li><li>Measure project performance to identify areas of improvement.</li><li>Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments and progress.</li><li>Be a primary contact for Yes Private Service Managers and Yes Private Relationship Managers in case of queries/ escalations<br><br></li></ul><strong>Candidate Requirement<br><br></strong><ul><li>Proactive personality and self- motivator</li><li>Minimum 5 years of Banking experience </li><li>Excellent analytical skills</li><li>Project Management skills</li></ul>
