Senior Software Developer ( Erlang)

<br><p>Job Title: SDE-III – Erlang</p><p><br></p><p><br>We are seeking an experienced<strong> Software Development Engineer – II</strong>I with strong expertise in<strong> Erlan</strong>g (primary preference),<strong> Elixi</strong>r, or<strong> Glea</strong>m to help design, build, and optimize high-performance distributed systems for next-generation automation and real-time decision platforms. This role involves solving complex engineering challenges, driving core feature development, and contributing to system-level architecture for large-scale, fault-tolerant environments</p><p><strong>.Key Responsibilitie</strong></p><ul><li>sDesign and implement core modules in<strong> Erlang / Elixir / Glea</strong>m to develop scalable distributed systems</li><li>.Lead end-to-end development of critical product features and resolve complex system challenges</li><li>.Work closely with architects to define low-level designs and contribute to the technical roadmap</li><li>.Refactor, optimize, and enhance existing services for improved reliability and performance</li><li>.Conduct code reviews, mentor engineers, and promote high engineering standards</li><li>.Use simulations, testing frameworks, and benchmarking to validate performance at scale</li></ul><p><strong>.Must-Have Requirement</strong></p><ul><li><strong>s5–7 year</strong>s of professional software development experience with strong problem-solving skills</li><li>.Hands-on experience with<strong> Erlang, Elixir, or Glea</strong>m, including deep understanding of processes, message passing, and supervision trees</li><li>.Experience building and supporting<strong> distributed, high-availability system</strong>s</li><li>.Solid understanding of<strong> microservices architectur</strong>e and<strong> RESTful API</strong>s</li><li>.Strong knowledge of<strong> RDBMS/SQ</strong>L and experience working with production databases</li><li>.Familiarity with software design principles, OOP concepts, and system design patterns</li><li>.Proficiency with version control systems such as<strong> Gi</strong>t</li></ul><p><strong>.Nice to Hav</strong></p><ul><li>eBackground in<strong> real-time system</strong>s,<strong> telecom-grade architecture</strong>s, or<strong> robotic platform</strong>s</li><li>.Experience with<strong> CI/CD pipeline</strong>s,<strong> Docke</strong>r,<strong> Kubernete</strong>s, or containerized deployments</li></ul><p><strong>.Qualification</strong></p><ul><li>sBachelor’s or Master’s degree in<strong> Computer Scienc</strong>e,<strong> Software Engineerin</strong>g, or related field</li><li>.Strong analytical, debugging, and system-thinking skills</li><li>.Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to various stakeholders</li></ul><p><br></p>.
