- 2+ years in business development, solution consulting, or pre-sales within eCommerce, SaaS, or digital agencies;
- Hands-on familiarity with Shopify (store setup, app selection, integrations);
- Strong understanding of ERP, CRM, OMS, and 3PL systems;
- Ability to communicate value to both technical and non-technical stakeholders;
- Strong questioning, listening, and consultative problem-solving skills;
- Technical literacy: familiarity with Liquid, Hydrogen, HTML, CSS;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Confident spoken and written English skills;
- Proactive and organized mindset;
- Ability to work effectively in a global remote team environment.
