<p>We Are Hiring:<strong> Social Media Video Editor (2–6 Years)</strong></p><p><br></p><p>Are you obsessed with trending reels, fast-paced edits, transitions, sound design, hooks & retention-based storytelling?</p><p>If yes, we want you on our team!</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></p><ul><li>Edit Short-form content (Reels, Shorts, YT snippets) with trend-first thinking</li><li>Create engaging, high-retention edits using captions, meme cuts, SFX & motion graphics</li><li>Convert scripts into visual storyboards + scene flow</li><li>Work with rapid deadlines + multi-project timelines</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Skills You Must Have:</strong></p><ul><li>Mastery in Premiere Pro & After Effects</li><li>Working knowledge of CapCut / VN</li><li>Strong grip on trends, music cues, pacing, typography & hooks</li><li>Ability to make content look premium + platform native</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Bonus Points:</strong></p><ul><li>Experience editing explainers, documentaries, news or creator-led videos</li><li>Understanding of internet culture, politics, memes, viral formats</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualification: </strong>Degree/Diploma preferred, but portfolio > certificate</p>
