Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable Computer Operator to monitor and maintain computer systems and networks. Responsibilities include data entry, system checks, backups, troubleshooting basic issues, and supporting daily IT operations.

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of computers, operating systems, and MS Office
• Good typing and data entry skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and in shifts
• High school diploma or equivalent (IT-related education preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control electronic computer and peripheral electronic data processing equipment.
• Perform regular system checks and ensure smooth operation of all systems and applications.
• Enter commands at a computer terminal and set controls on computer and peripheral devices.
• Maintain records of daily data communication transactions, problems, and remedial actions taken.
• Assist in troubleshooting system and software issues.
• Perform data entry, prepare reports, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Ensure the security and integrity of data by performing regular backups and restoration procedures.
• Coordinate with IT staff and other departments to resolve system malfunctions and support needs.
• Adhere to company policies, data protection regulations, and operational procedures.
